Privacy Compliancy Policy
Organisers International will only collect information required for the purpose of running exhibitions and for the marketing of these exhibitions.
Organisers International will not collect sensitive information unless absolutely necessary and with the clients approval.
Organisers International will not sell or divulge any information to a third party without the clients approval. (Information to be given to Queensland Newspapers and contractors ONLY, for marketing and stand requirements). There must be an opt out clause on the application to exhibit forms so the clients are aware that Organisers International may pass their information to Queensland Newspapers and the contractors for marketing purposes.
Organisers International will have an opt out clause in all promotional material sent ensuring client wishes to receive further promotional material regarding exhibitions.
Organisers International will need to consider the issues in relation to giving out phone numbers to visitors at the exhibitions who require more information regarding products at the shows.
